If you use Careerly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service integrity.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

AI outputs are assistive — you remain responsible for how you use generated content in applications and communications.

Paid plans renew according to the billing period you select unless canceled.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
